How do I retire a troop

 1.  Notify SUM and Registrar of reasons for retirement.
 2.  Hold a Parent Meeting and inform parents of Troop status.
Ask for new adults to take over or seek to place girls in
a new troop. If girls are joining a new Troop, money goes
with them. (Ask SUM for details.)
 3.  Have girls decide how to spend their money if no girl is
continuing on. If Troop cannot be gathered together, close
account and send check to Council.
 4.  After closing account, complete Troop Financial report
(with bank statement) and meet with SUM to turn over
     Troop property.
